The 12" x 10" x 4" Basic Enclosure is constructed of polycarbonate plastic, a durable material that offers corrosion resistance, UV resistance, impact resistant protection. The enclosure features a solid door, latch locks and a Cisco backplate. It offers NEMA 4X protection and is intended for indoor or outdoor use to protect Cisco Wi-Fi access points from corrosion, dust, rain, extreme temperatures and unauthorized access or inadvertent contact with the controls and wiring located inside the enclosure.
